The Job Shadowing Programme is a career development opportunity whereby participants are given the opportunity to closely observe and interact with Menar Managing Director, Vuslat Bayoglu, as he goes about his daily work activities. This includes observing strategy and management meetings, attending site visits, observing the drafting of reports, technical reviews and all other functions.
The mentee will be given an orientation of Menar and provided an overview of its various subsidiaries. They will also be given assignments to complete and materials and movies, to be read and watched during the mentorship. A short assessment report about the company will be presented by the mentee at the end of the programme.
Menar established the programme because it recognised the importance of providing university students with the knowledge, skills and experience that they will need to understand the corporate world. On completion of the mentorship, the mentee will receive a certificate of participation.
