Mining Journalism Training (MJT) brings together mining experts and senior mining journalists to share their knowledge and insights with the next generation of young journalists and student journalists, who want to gain exposure to the mining industry.

The Menar Youth Club aims to increase younger employees’ motivation to grow and develop their skills, and knowledge of the mining industry from various perspectives in order to provide an insight about how the business is run, while also deepening the talent pool within the group.
