The Menar Youth Club aims to increase younger employees’ motivation to grow and develop their skills, and knowledge of the mining industry from various perspectives in order to provide an insight about how the business is run, while also deepening the talent pool within the group.
Menar Youth Club
Menar views its employees as a great asset not only for the company but also for the industry and the country broadly. Therefore, Menar believes that investing in its people is an essential part of being a responsible corporate entity. With this in mind, Menar initiated the Menar Youth Club, which forms part of the Menar Academy. Menar Academy encompasses Menar's in-house and public facilities for knowledge enhancement.

The Menar Youth Club is run in-house and involves senior Menar employees training younger employees. Senior Menar members of staff transfer their experience and knowledge to the younger employees through a series of periodic seminars. The topics selected for these seminars are strategically aligned with our business values and goals. The programme supports talent and capability development through corporate education and mentorship.
